Your products are nothing short of excellence from my point of view. I’ve made numerous KenRidge Classic Icevine kits and the result is very special everytime.  Last evening we were invited to a friend’s house for dinner and I took a bottle of my KenRidge Classic White Icevine made 6 months ago. During dinner it became known that the male part of the other couple could identify a dozen bottles side by side as to what country produced it, what county it was produced in and what grape(s) went into making that particular wine.  So, when it came time to pour the Icevine at dessert time, I did the pouring off table and passed a small glass to each person at the table. We all took a sip at about the same time and this guy asked me where I bought this ice wine as it was the best he’s ever had and I told him I made it.  He COULD NOT believe it and after a half hour of going on about how great it was, he has asked me to make him a batch this month. I was so proud of my Icevine and it totally made my day.

I have never made wine ever. I had no one to question or seek advice from. I followed the directions on your California Connoisseur Reisling and wound up with an absolutely excellent end result. I still can't believe how well this product ended up. My wife and I retired, early in 2006 and she picked up 2 kits and a starter system for me to do in my "spare time".
